Miland Soman is an Indian male fashion model and actor. He
was born in Scotland and lived in England for seven years
before moving to India. He was an electrical engineer
before he turned to modelling. He was initially rejected
by Graviera Suitings because he looked too young to wear a
suit. His breakthrough came with Thackersey fabrics. Since
then there was no looking back. Milind Soman one of the
forerunners of India's modelling scene is known to have
the most perfect face and bone structure. Milind has been
a regular heartthrob ever since he started modelling more
than a decade ago. With ramp, television and print
assignments Milind quickly became popular in music videos
.. like Alisha Chinai's "Made In India".
He is considered to be India's first male supermodel and
also a great swimmer. He was briefly engaged to model
Madhu Sapre with whom he had done controversial Tuff ad
.Both of them were shown wearing shoes only surrounded by
Python without any clothes. He has also become an actor.
He has acted in movies such as 16th December, Rules,
Pachaikili Muthucharam, and Agni Varsha. He is now dating
Lena Jam-Panoi, his exotic looking co-actress to whom he
got married to on the 14 th of july movie Valley of
