Shipping Policy We ship all the orders by Speed post Air - mail service of Govt. of India / known any international courier company within 2-3 working days after getting confirmation for your order. The delivery can be made within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch. In some cases it may take more time depending upon the regulations of clearing agencies at local and destination country. You need to specify the address where you wish to Ship the Items. The Shipping Address, by default will be the Address you have specified at the time of Registration. If you want to send the item at a different address, you can specify the same on the Shipping Address option.

Refund policy Refund is made in case you return any item to us in its original packaging or in its original condition. We will refund to you the 15% of the returned item cost, less freight and insurance costs. Please note that you need to return any product bought from our site within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment. If delayed the request will not be entertained. Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. Depending on the value of the item and the payment option used to pay for the order in the first place, we will do the refunds.
