How to register with India-shopping.net ?
Before
you start shopping, you need to register yourself with us and give us
information that will allow us to communicate with you regarding your
order and delivery / payment process to follow. Registering at
india-shopping.net is very easy and comfortable. You have to register only
once. you will be asked to provide your Basic Information and a Unique
Email address. This information will be kept private on india-shopping.net
Secure Servers. India-shopping.net does not share your private information
with any third party neither your mail will be used for spamming.
An email will be sent to your email address confirming the completion of
your registration with us.

phone or fax my order ?
You can place your orders by e-mail or fax. Orders on phone will not be
entertained.

How long will it take for you to respond to my question ?
We try to respond to you as soon as possible but it may take up to 72
business hours. Please note that only actual business hours of operation
apply to our response time. Please do not count weekend in these hours
though urgent query are taken care by us on weekend also. If you do not
get any response within 72 hours that means we have not received your
message and you should repeat your message. You can be sure that every
query will be answered by our team !
4. How long does it take for my order to reach ?
We send your order by courier that will reach you as per their normal
delivery period depending on the delivery address. However delivery is not
attempted on Sundays and Public Holidays since there are no
courier-services available on these days. To some cities/towns it can take
up to 7 days from the time of pick up to deliver a consignment. Some
international destinations may require around 15 days for the consignment
to be delivered. However we also have had positive experiences that some
times our consignments even to the far most region reaches within 3-4
days after the dispatch.
For a
consignment not delivered at the consignee address, a message slip will be
left. The consignment will be held at the local courier's office or the
post office at near the delivery address. We recommend you to inform us
your telephone numbers so that you can be informed by the local office
about the parcel delivery.
5. What should I do if the Product I ordered has reached me in a
damaged/defective condition ?
We take
utmost care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in a perfect
condition. Each and very parcel he checked by our packing officer manually
to ensure safer delivery of your goods. However, there is a remote
possibility of the item being damaged during transit.
In such case,
please contact us immediately with your order number and wait for our
instructions on how to get the item replaced. The complaint for a
broken/defective item needs to be sent within 15 days of receipt of the
merchandise as this issue has to be resolved the insurance company.
6. Can I send the Order to a different Address other than the registration
Address ?
Yes, you
can send the Order to an Address different than the Registration Address.
You can mention that while placing your order. If you wish to have a
special packing of your order or this should reach you and your friend as
a surprise gift - we would do this for you. Do you want the packing to

cannot change the details once the Order is placed online but you can

8. How can I cancel my Order ?
Yes you can cancel the order if placed by mistake. However the
cancellations of order will be accepted if the request is made before the
order is shipped out. For canceling your order, please contact us via

9. What should I do if I get something else instead of my wished contents
of the order ?

In this case, the system will not allow you to finalize the order, and it
may never be processed.

Yes, the online payment system will work for international orders.
17. What can I do if the order is shipped but the shipping address
provided is incorrect ?
In this case, you can return the shipment back to our address (given on
the website) but you’ll be charged for reshipping or if you inform the
change of shipment address prior to we dispatch the order we can still be
able to correct the shipment address.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for15 days and then
reprocess/reship the order after resolving the issue with the insurance

company website. You will be informed the Airway bill number and a copy of

No. Under no circumstances may you make a purchase by using your
friend's/relative's credit card. The credit card must be in your name. As

We can deliver our products in any part of India. Please do mention the
complete address where you want to have the delivery. The pincode is a
must. For smaller places some land marks are of great help for us to
deliver you the products without great hassle in time.
28. What is your return or refund policy ?
You can return any item to us in its original packaging or in its original
condition. Mention your order number and send the item into secure package
