Ayurveda and Yoga tour is
an ideal tour for those who are
interested in traditional
Indian science. Ayurveda means the "science of life". It
originated in India more than 5,000 years back and is believed
to be the oldest healing science in existence, from which all
other systems emerged. Yoga is an
important, natural, preventive measure to ensure good health.
Yoga is the science of the union with the divine, with
truth. The practice of an Ayurvedic regimen is a precursor to
Yoga, because it is only when the body is fit that the
individual is ready to study the spiritual science of Yoga. Ayurveda
explains the laws of nature that cause health or disease.
During the Ayurveda and Yoga tour, there will be two different
training sessions on Yoga and Ayurveda.
In the morning from 6 to 8.30 you will have Yoga and
Pranayam session. During the Yoga session
you will be taught various Yoga exercises and asanas
(different body postures). After finishing the Yoga
training there will be a break and the
day is at leisure. After lunch
there will be an Ayurveda session from
15.30 to 17.30. During the Ayurveda session you
will be offered treatments by Ayurveda experts according to your
body type. You would also be invited by the Ayurveda
Doctor to discuss your personal treatment. This personal
discussion, observation and consultation thereafter will be the
base for your Ayurveda treatment planning for the next coming
days.After
Ayurveda session there will be a break
followed by the dinner.
After your dinner there will be an assembly to
discuss different topics of Yoga and
Ayurveda. Our Ayurveda
and
Yoga experts
will be there to answer your questions. There is
also the possiblity to organize the lectures on certain
topic on Ayurveda or Yoga.
