The One Faced or Ek Mukhi Rudraksha is the symbol of divinity,
supreme truth and attainment of eternity. The One Mukhi
Rudraksha represents Shiva himself and
thus considered
the best among all other Rudraksh. It is also known as the
mother of all other forms of Rudraksh. It is ruled by Surya or
Sun the center of the Solar system around which all the planets
revolve. It controls the malefic effects of Sun and enlightens
the Super Consciousness. It brings the power of Dharana meaning
the power to concentrate the mind on an object to the wearer.
Psychologically, the confidence, charisma, leadership qualities
and prosperity of the person increase as the Sun is pleased with
the wearer. It brings immense power, wealth, luxuries, fame,
confidence and spiritual enrichment to the individual.
It is said that all past life sins are
alleviated on wearing this Rudraksha. It gives all the worldly
pleasures and helps one to attain perfection in after life. It
is also said that where one faced Rudraksh is worshipped, that
place is always full of riches and goddess Lakshmi has special
grace on such places. Peace and pleasure abide in the house and
the person who worships it obtains not only all the worldly
pleasures during his life but also remains unaffected by them.
The possessor of this rare Rudraksh is blessed with unexpected
wealth, and all his desires are fulfilled. However, such a
Rudraksh is obtained by the grace of Lord Shiva
only.
One faced
Rudraksha is highly beneficial for those who are concerned with
politics, government services or administrative services. It
helps in curing the disease caused by the inauspicious placement
of the Sun in the Birth chart. It helps to cure diseases of the
right eye, bones, head, ear, bowel, mental anxiety, etc. It is
also capable to cure the chronic asthma and TB and provides
protective powers against heart ailments. It also improves the
problems with elders specially with one's Father.
With all
these incredible qualities, the one faced Rudraksha is the most
sought after Rudraksha. But, it is extremely rare and is one of
the most costly Rudraksh also. It is found in two shapes, round
and the half moon or cashew nut shape. Round Rudraksha is highly
praised in ancient Hindu texts but it is very rare to found.
Half moon shaped Rudraksha is easily available and found in a
family tree of Rudraksha in India. From the significance point
of view, there is no difference between round and half moon
shaped Rudraksha as far as the beads are real and pure.
